Do I need a website to start?
No. Our packages include basic copy and content planning, so you can start growing your visibility even without a website.
Do you build websites?
We specialise in website copy and structure. We can load approved copy into WordPress and advise on navigation and SEO. For design or development, we’ll recommend a trusted partner.
Do I need a physical shop to appear on Google?
No. You can appear with a service area listing, though a physical location helps with local visibility.
Can you manage my social media?
Yes. We create content plans, write posts, guide visuals and can manage posting on a monthly retainer.
Do I need to post on social media every day?
Not necessarily. We recommend a consistent posting schedule that fits your audience and resources, whether that’s weekly, biweekly or more frequent.
Will you teach me how to manage my marketing?
Absolutely. We provide guidance, templates and coaching so you can take control of your digital marketing if you wish.
Can you help with email marketing?
Yes. We plan and write email campaigns, set up automation and advise on best practice to reach your customers effectively.
Do you provide SEO for my website?
Yes. We optimise your website copy and structure for search engines and provide ongoing guidance to improve visibility.
Can you help with my Google Business Profile?
Yes. We optimise your listing, update your information, guide reviews and ensure it’s visible to local customers.
Do you provide photography?
We handle basic photography in-house, including shot lists and briefs. For professional shoots, we can introduce you to a trusted photographer or subcontract and manage the shoot. Photography fees are separate.
Is ad spend included?
No. Our fees cover strategy, setup and content. Ad spend is billed directly to your ad accounts (for example, Meta or Google) and approved by you.
How much does it cost to work with you?
Our packages are flexible to meet you where you are. We’ll create a tailored plan with clear fees for strategy, content and ongoing support. Ad spend and photography are billed separately.
Where do you operate?
We’re Cape Town-based (Helderberg) and work across the city: City Bowl and CBD, Atlantic Seaboard, Southern Suburbs, Northern Suburbs, West Coast, South Peninsula and Helderberg (Somerset West, Strand, Gordon’s Bay). Remote support is available.
Can I work with you if I’m outside Cape Town?
We prioritise Cape Town businesses but also work remotely with clients in surrounding areas.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds per deliverable are included. Additional revisions are billed at R750 per hour (ex VAT).
Can I cancel at any time?
Our retainers are flexible, but we recommend a minimum engagement period of three months to see meaningful results.
How long does it take to see results?
Optimisation improves visibility immediately. SEO and audience growth usually show measurable impact within two to three months.
How do you measure success?
We focus on tangible results: more visibility, engagement with your audience, and leads that help your business grow. We provide regular updates so you can see the impact of our work.
