Here Here values your privacy. Any personal information collected through contact forms or newsletter sign-ups is used only to respond to your enquiry and send you relevant content. We do not share your information with third parties.

Terms & conditions
Scope of services: All services are provided as described in the relevant package (SHOW, GLOW, GROW). Optional add-ons and retainers are agreed in writing.
Pricing: Prices are as listed on the website or in proposals and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment terms:
• Once-off packages: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery
• Retainers/ongoing work: monthly in advance, with a three-month minimum commitment
• Invoice payment window: 14 days from invoice date
• Late payments: a 2% monthly interest charge may be applied to overdue accounts
Revisions: Two rounds per deliverable are included in the package price. Additional revisions are billed at R750 per hour (ex VAT).
Ad spend & third-party costs: Ad spend is billed directly to your ad accounts (eg Meta, Google). Third-party costs (eg Mailchimp/Everlytic, stock imagery, fonts, hosting, domains, premium plugins/themes) are paid by the client. We will always seek your approval before incurring any third-party costs.
No guarantees: We do not guarantee specific rankings, reach, conversions or revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
Intellectual property: Copy, images and content created by Here Here remain our property until paid in full. Upon full payment, rights are transferred to the client as agreed.
Photography & subcontractors: We may recommend or subcontract independent photographers with your approval. Photographer fees and image licensing are third-party costs and billed separately.
Image rights & licensing: Final image usage is subject to the photographer’s licence. We will confirm what’s included (eg website, social, print) before booking.
Cancellations/refunds: Any cancellations or changes to the scope of work must be agreed in writing. Refunds for completed work are not provided.
